Local Music Show

here's the info on what i'm up to--i plan to do a show and maybe a series of shows featuring rare and unreleased music from local and regional artists. i can handle any genre of music you want to send. you can send me material in cassette form, cds, reel to reel tapes, DAT tapes, or even vinyl if you're brave enough. i can't guarantee what you send me will make it on air, though. multiple submissions are fine, but don't let it get out of hand. keep your originals or a safety copy and send me copies. i will not be able to return anything to you once you send it to me. i'd like rare stuff--whether it be live concert tapes, demos, unfinished songs, songs that were left off your albums-- stuff like that. it will help if it sounds good, but that's not a requirement. however, if it's really lo-fi, it may not make the cut. also, don't assume that if you're song doesn't make the show that i think it sucks. i probably just didn't have enough time to get everything in. i may also play some of these things on regular shows, too. send me what you want aired to: Signal To Noise, KKFI, PO Box 32250, KCMO 64171. remember that kkfi is heard worldwide on the web, so other folks in other countries will get to hear your songs. another reminder: if your songs contain some of those nasty little words that offend the FCC, your song will probably not be aired.
